COVID-19: How Moixa is responding to the pandemic

By Guste Mar 25, 2020

In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Moixa has made several changes to our service, in order to prioritise the health and safety of our customers, installation partners and team.
Based on the latest government guidance, we would like to share the actions we are taking and answer any questions you may have.

Will Moixa continue to install battery systems and attend customer visits?

In order to comply with the current government advice, ‘to restrict all but essential travel and contact’, we have taken the decision to postpone all customer visits and installations for the foreseeable future.
We have not taken this decision lightly, as it impacts our ability to service our customers as well as affecting our installation partners, most of whom are small businesses dependent on our work. However, we all need to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and once the government advice is updated we will be looking to re-book these installations with the same installation partners.
Please visit our Solar Battery website if you would like to learn about our latest updates to Moixa Battery visits.

Will Moixa still be taking part in projects, trials and partnerships?

For installations, we will be following the same government advice for our projects, as we are for our customers. The health and safety of our community and our customers are our priority.
There is no plan to delay any work or development which our team can complete remotely. All healthy members of our team are still available to progress our projects, trials and partnerships.

If I am interested in working with Moixa on future projects are the business team still available?

Yes, the business team is still available on business@moixa.com. If you would like to learn more about Moixa, our GridShare Software or discuss our potential involvement in future projects, feel free to contact us.

We know that this is a difficult period for everyone and we will do our best to keep our community updated. We hope that you are all able to stay safe, stay healthy and stay home.
Best Regards,
Simon Daniel
