In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Moixa has made several changes to our service, in order to prioritise the health and safety of our customers, installation partners and team. Based on the latest government guidance, we would like to share the actions we are taking and answer any questions you may have.

Will Moixa continue to install battery systems and attend customer visits?

In order to comply with the current government advice, ‘to restrict all but essential travel and contact’, we have taken the decision to postpone all customer visits, solar panel and solar battery installations for the foreseeable future.

We have not taken this decision lightly, as it impacts our ability to service our customers as well as affecting our installation partners, most of whom are small businesses dependent on our work. However, we all need to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and once the government advice is updated we will be looking to re-book these installations with the same installation partners.

Will Moixa’s Customer Support Team still be available?

Yes. All of our office-based workers will now be following government guidelines and will be working from home. Our Support team will still be available from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. You can email our support team on support@moixa.com or call them on 0207 734 1511.

What should I do if I had an upcoming installation or visit booked?

If you had an installation or visit booked, one of our team will be in contact to postpone it. We won’t be re-booking visits until we receive government advice that it is safe and responsible to do so.

What if my battery needs maintenance?

Our team will still work remotely to maintain your battery’s health and they will continue to perform system checks. If on-site maintenance is required, the Customer Support team will be in contact with you to discuss your options.

We know that this is a difficult period for everyone and we will do our best to keep our community updated.
We hope that you are all able to stay safe, stay healthy and stay home.

Best Regards,

Simon Daniel, CEO of Moixa Technology Ltd
