And the winner is… Moixa for the Most Energy Efficient Product!
We were very proud to be amongst the leaders at the 2018 Clean Energy Awards this February, where our Home Smart Battery was recognised as the Most Energy Efficient Product of the year.
As sustainable energy continues to climb the global agenda, it was an honour to be chosen for this award, which acknowledges those who support a cleaner and safer environment, while remaining economically viable.
Our Managing Director, Dudley Moor-Radford outlines the top three reasons for our success:
- Our technology
Developing and utilising advanced technology is at the core of what we do. We use a series of cloud services to increase the efficiency of our services.
Our GridShare platform can manage any battery, including electric vehicles and home storage devices, and optimise performance, save owners money and aggregate capacity to support the electricity network. The majority of this platform is built using the same technology as Facebook.
- Our team
Our people have decades of industry leading experience. Our UK-based customer experience team are always at the end of the phone. And, all our devices are connected, so we are able to track them 24/7 to ensure optimum performance and address any maintenance issues, often before the customer realises.
- Our legacy and vision
We have been developing our technology for nearly 10 years. We are the only battery company that is already paying customers for making their battery available for demand services.
Looking to the future, we believe our GridShare platform will bring us further success, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence, which can optimise battery performance based on behaviour patterns, weather conditions and market prices. Furthermore, we recognise that by applying this technology to electric vehicles, heating and other connected devices, we can create a level of efficiency that will benefit both consumers and utilities.
So what does the future have in store? It is our ambition to manage the world’s home and vehicle batteries to reduce fuel poverty, deliver energy savings and slow climate change. Click here to find out how you can be a part of this future, while saving up to 60% on your energy bills.
